6.     Honest, work hard person and can keep secret

7.     Responsible person, disciplined, punctual and able to work as a team

8.     Having good relationship, communication skill and can co-ordinate with others well

9.     Having service mind

10.  Having the knowledge in IATF16949 will be advantage
